Effective Date: September 30, 2025.

The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you. It applies whenever you visit our websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, or other online services that link to this Statement (together, the “Sites”), and whenever you interact with the Foundation through our programs, events, or other activities.

We may update this Statement from time to time. If we do, the date at the top of this page will be revised, and in some cases we may provide additional notice, such as a message on our homepage or an email to our subscribers. We encourage you to review this Statement regularly to stay informed about how we handle your information.

Collection of Information

  • Information You Provide to Us. We collect information directly from you when you choose to provide it, such as when you register for updates, make a donation, purchase merchandise, apply to volunteer or work with the Foundation, attend an event, or participate in a program. The information you provide may include your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information processed through a third-party vendor, purchase history, photographs, audio or video recordings, and any other information you decide to share.
  • Information We Collect Automatically. When you use the Sites, we automatically collect certain information. Our systems may record details such as your browser type, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, your Internet Protocol address, and the site you visited immediately before coming to ours. We may also gather device-specific details such as hardware model, operating system, version, and network information. Like most organizations, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the Sites function properly, recognize repeat visitors, measure performance, and determine whether our emails are opened or acted upon.
  • Information from Other Sources. In addition, we may obtain information about you from other sources. For example, if you log in through a social media platform, we may receive information consistent with that platform’s authorization procedures. We may also use data aggregators to help keep records current, or rely on publicly available sources, including social media, to understand and connect with audiences or to review applications for Foundation opportunities.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Sites, to process donations and purchases, and to support the Foundation’s programs and activities. Information is also used to communicate with you about events and initiatives, to send confirmations and updates, to respond to your inquiries, and to provide services or information you request. We may personalize your experience, analyze how visitors engage with our work, expand outreach to potential supporters, and protect the Foundation’s operations and participants. When you consent, we may include your information in a participant directory or share it with organizations aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information. We disclose information only in limited circumstances: to trusted service providers and consultants who perform work on our behalf; to program participants if you have chosen to be included in a directory; to research partners and cooperative databases that help identify individuals likely to engage with the Foundation, unless you opt out; when required by law, regulation, or legal process; when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Foundation or others; or in connection with an organizational change such as a reorganization, transfer of assets, or financing. In all other cases, we will share your information only with your consent. We may also provide aggregated or anonymized information that cannot be linked back to you personally.

Social Sharing, Advertising, and Analytics

Our Sites may include tools that allow you to share content on platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn. Your use of these tools means information may be exchanged between the Foundation and the social network, subject to that network’s own policies.

The Foundation also works with analytics and advertising providers to understand how visitors use our Sites and to improve outreach. These providers may collect information about your activity across websites and may use it to deliver targeted messages. You can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info in the United States or youronlinechoices.eu in the European Union, or by using provider-specific opt-out mechanisms.

Data Rentention and International Transfers

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Statement or as required by law. The Foundation is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored here. We and our service providers may also process information in other jurisdictions. Where information is transferred outside your home country, we take steps to ensure that it is handled with a level of protection consistent with applicable legal standards.

Donor Privacy

We respect the privacy of our donors. Information about donors and contributions is used solely for the Foundation’s purposes and is never sold, rented, or exchanged with any other organization, except as may be necessary to comply with applicable law and required reporting to tax authorities or regulator.

Children's Privacy

Our Sites are not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from Foundation email communications at any time by using the link included in each email. You may also contact us directly to opt out of mailings, texts, or inclusion in cooperative databases or research. You can also manage cookies and related technologies through your browser settings, although some features of the Sites may not function properly if you disable them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. While we take these steps seriously, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
